HeartMath Institute developed this assessment to help people more fully understand how specific aspects of stress, well-being and resilience affect the quality of their life.

The Stress and Wellbeing Assessment is a powerful tool for assessing your current stress level. The 72 question survey is based on 12 stress-related components and 4 resilience and well-being components and only takes 15 minutes to complete but it is a powerful assessment tool that can accelerate your growth towards greater balance, peace and harmony.

Completing the assessment will help you pinpoint how you rank in each of these 12 aspects, enabling you and I to focus our efforts together in the most meaningful and effective manner. The results will drive our initial coaching session to help us to focus on key areas of development and discuss what tools will best benefit your growth.

Once you have completed your assessment, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to discuss your results.

You will then have the option to enrol either a four or eight-week Building a Greater Version of Myself coaching program to support your self-development goals.
